Legal Framework

SC Multi Professional Solutions SRL offers personnel recruitment and placement services, according to the Romanian state legislation in force.
 
The laws are governing the status of foreigners in Romania are the following:
 
  • Government Emergency Ordinance no. 194/ December 12, 2002
According to Article 1, Chapter 1, “ This present Emergency ordinance is the frame through which entrance, stay and exit of foreigners are regulated on Romanian territory or from Romanian territory, their rights and obligations, as well specific measures to control immigration, in accordance with the obligations undertaken by Romania through international documents to which it is a part.”
  • Law no. 56/ March 13, 2007 regarding the employment and detachment of foreigners on Romanian’s territory, for changing and completing Government Emergency Ordinance no. 194/2002. It was published in Official Monitor no. 201 from March 26, 2007.
  • Law no. 157/ July 11, 2011, adopted for the modification and completing of some regulations regarding the aliens in Romania, was published in Official Monitor no. 533 from July 28, 2011, effective date being July 31, 2011.
